- Weedon Island
Weedon Island is touted as being “A Place To Remember”. A more serene slice of paradise you would be hard-pressed to find. With is expansive 3,190 acre natural areal located on Tampa Bay, this coastal area is home to a rich variety of species of native plants and animals, a deep cultural history and a show-stopping educational facility. People come from all over the world to hike, kayak and photograph this breath-taking oasis.

2.) Skimmer Point

This is another great neighborhood nestled along a beautiful golf course and butting up to the gem of St. Pete…The Gulf Of Mexico! With the historic Stetson Law School down the road and the Yacht and Country Club in your backyard, you will find the gamut of amenities that would suit everyone from Retirees to those in the world of Academia.
If Arts and Culture are your passion, then you won’t want to miss the myriad of museums, theatres and live music venues. You could ride your bike to the world-famous Dali Museum, or catch a Broadway show at the elegant Mahaffey Theatre.
If nature and relaxation are priority on your list, then you will want to stroll along the Historic Beach Drive, taking in the downtown underneath the enormous and almost surreal Banyan trees. There are sandy beaches, mangrove shoreline and submerged habitats such as oyster bars, seagrass beds, coral habitats and spring-fed caves, so the explorer in you will never be bored!
10.) Bahia Shores
Bahia Shores looks like a finger reaching out into the Gulf and this charming peninsula will not disappoint.
