Weedon Island is touted as being “A Place To Remember”. A more serene slice of paradise you would be hard-pressed to find. With is expansive 3,190 acre natural areal located on Tampa Bay, this coastal area is home to a rich variety of species of native plants and animals, a deep cultural history and a show-stopping educational facility. People come from all over the world to hike, kayak and photograph this breath-taking oasis.

If you are one of the lucky few to call Weedon Island your home, then you are the envy of everyone. The custom homes in this area have character and seclusion and a “back yard” without comparison! The education system is great and the town is friendly. What more could you ask for?

Without question the Who’s Who in St. Pete can be found at the Pasadena Yacht club. It’s a place for refuge and enjoying the finer things as well as socializing and having fun. Skimmer Point is one of several communities inside the grounds of the Pasadena Yacht and County Club. Location, location, location. And oh, what a location North Pass-A-Grille is! Just a stone’s throw from both Fort DeSoto and the famous Don Cesar Hotel, this neighborhood is located at the southernmost end of St. Pete Beach and is one of the dream destinations on the West Coast of Florida.

This historical beach community has got 5-star dining, boutique shopping, birding, fishing, culture and more! This is truly one of the most coveted neighborhoods in Florida. Many of the homes have views over the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico and boast world renowned architecture.

8.) Fairway Bay

This is another great neighborhood nestled along a beautiful golf course and butting up to the gem of St. Pete…The Gulf Of Mexico! With the historic Stetson Law School down the road and the Yacht and Country Club in your backyard, you will find the gamut of amenities that would suit everyone from Retirees to those in the world of Academia.

If Arts and Culture are your passion, then you won’t want to miss the myriad of museums, theatres and live music venues. You could ride your bike to the world-famous Dali Museum, or catch a Broadway show at the elegant Mahaffey Theatre.

If nature and relaxation are priority on your list, then you will want to stroll along the Historic Beach Drive, taking in the downtown underneath the enormous and almost surreal Banyan trees. Boca Ciega is a body of water bordering Gulfport, Florida and St. Petersburg, Florida. The neighborhood of Boca Ciega is an exclusive community of about 100 homes, many of which are worthy of magazine covers in their beautiful architecture. There is still the draw and boisterous liveliness of St. Pete, just a stone’s throw away, however Boca Ciega Isle has miles of canals and mangrove islands, which will leave you feeling as if you are on your own private island! There are sandy beaches, mangrove shoreline and submerged habitats such as oyster bars, seagrass beds, coral habitats and spring-fed caves, so the explorer in you will never be bored!

Bahia Shores looks like a finger reaching out into the Gulf and this charming peninsula will not disappoint.
